The 1840 House, one of the original
dwellings in Sugarcreek Township, is an ideal place for
entertaining and sharing memorable events. Celebrate your
wedding under a tent on the grounds outside. Enjoy a smaller
party with SVCC catering...or provide your own. The House can
accommodate a maximum party of 75 people during warm-weather
months 40 people in cooler weather. Our clubhouse
dining room is also available for larger
groups.

This
beautifully restored two-story home has overnight
lodging for six adults, and entertainment
accommodations. The 1840 house has three furnished
bedrooms, large dining room, a welcoming foyer, a
full-service kitchen and an enclosed sun
porch. |

Three cozy,
beautiful bedrooms are available at a very reasonable
price. Your guests will feel right at home, with ample
'breathing room'. Special discounts are given for
weeklong stays or longer. |
Business Meetings
Looking
for a quiet place to host your next business meeting?
The 1840 house is available most days, and can be rented
for several days at a time for lengthy meetings. Also,
bedrooms are available for your out of town colleagues
and clients. We are available to cater your meeting.
